It is that time of year again when race tracks across the country start thinking about next year’s race schedule and recruiting new sponsors for the upcoming racing season. Unlike the other tracks, KAM Kartway holds races year round therefore giving your company a longer exposure period.
While many karters might participate out of pure enjoyment, for others it is a serious stepping-stone towards a professional racing career. Karting has been referred to as "the purest form of motor sports". It is the fastest growing form of motor sports in the U.S. and is already hugely popular around the world. You now see kart racing in movies on the big screen, on the sports channels like ESPN, and even in TV commercials! There are about 200,000 karters in the United States alone, encompassing all age groups from children as young as five years old, all the way to the more seasoned participants, even well into retirement age. The sport sees competitors of both genders and is truly something for the whole family to enjoy.
KAM Kartway is a 1/8th oval dirt track located 14 miles West of Texas Motor Speedway. We will begin our Winter Series on December 22, 2012 and continuing until the end of March. At that time we will begin our Championship Points Series with our season opener scheduled for April 6, 2013. KAM averages 60+ racers (out of which 50 are children ranging in age from 5 to 17) at each event with another 100+ spectators.
Our participants are just like other kids associated with most youth sports programs these days, and they dream of being the next Jeff Gordon or Dale Jr or even Danica Patrick!
Your sponsorship helps KAM Kartway will help keep the cost down for these families and will make kart racing a more affordable sporting choice in our area.
As an added bonus to your sponsorship and a company incentive within your organization, KAM can provide a free “arrive and drive” at one of our races. This could be used as a morale builder within your company and/or a grand prize for a sales incentive contest.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
We have a program to fit any budget.
TITLE SPONSOR: $3,000.00 (**The 2013 Title sponsorship has been SOLD)
- Your company/product holds the title for both the Winter and Championship Points Series and be listed as such in all press releases sent out by KAM Kartway;
- Hold the rights to use track, drivers, and likeness’ in advertising, point of purchase promotional materials, and trackside promotional and souvenir materials;
- Will receive 5 free pit passes per race for you to distribute as you see fit;
- Hold the rights to the best and most visible promotional space at the track for 3 signs and/or banners;
- Hold the rights to distribute company related marketing materials (ie: flyers, coupons, product samples, etc.);
- Have first option of securing personal services contracts with non-sponsored KAM drivers for additional promotional, marketing, and advertising activities;
- Have company name engraved on all awards given out for each series; and
- Hold the first rights to be the Title Sponsorship for any ‘special events’ races that are held at KAM Kartway.
ASSOCIATE SPONSOR: $1,000.00
- Your company/product will hold the title of “The Official ___ of KAM Kartway” (ie: Official Motel of, Official Oil of, etc) ;
- This title will be on all marketing and advertising for the 2013 race year.
- Have option of 2 signs and/or banners at track;
- Name and link on sponsor page and link page;
- Hold the rights to use track, drivers, and likeness’ in advertising, point of purchase promotional materials, and trackside promotional and souvenir materials;
- Hold the rights to distribute company related marketing materials (ie: flyers, coupons, product samples, etc.); and
- Will receive 2 free pit passes per race.
CLASS SPONSOR: $500.00 **(Hot Wheels, 3.5 HP Beginner, Pure Stock, Animal, Outlaw 125cc Shifter & Outlaw 250cc Shifter are still available!)
- Have your company name on series end Trophies;
- Name of sponsor will be announced periodically during that class;
- Have name and link on sponsor page;
- Have a 4X8 sign located at track.
- Hold the rights to distribute company related marketing materials (ie: flyers, coupons, product samples, etc.)
DRIVER SPONSOR: $450.00
- This amount covers the cost of the Entry/Driver Fee for 1 series at KAM;
- Company may choose a driver to sponsor;
- If a driver is not chosen, then one will be chosen in a random drawing;
- To be eligible for drawing, the driver must agree to place company name on kart if (optional);
SUPPORTING SPONSOR: $300.00
- Have a sign provided by company placed trackside;
- Hold the rights to distribute company related marketing materials (ie: flyers, coupons, product samples, etc.)
- Company name and link on Sponsor page of website.
MINI-BILLBOARD: $600.00
- Sign space only for a 4x8 sign or banner facing SH 114. We have 350 feet of highway frontage that sees an average of 5k drive-bys each day. This comes to $50 a month and you just can't get more bang for your advertising buck than that.
