KAM Karting Supply * RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Returns

   You must write, or email (kart61@airmail.net) KAM Karting Supply for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before you send the product back to us, as phone calls will not be accepted. The item being returned must be in it’s original packaging and/or in unused condition. To receive a RMA number you will need to have your invoice number when you request the authorization.  Once you receive the RMA, you may send the product back to us at your expense.  Make sure that the RMA number is written on the invoice (a copy of which will be fine) and the outside of the box is marked “RETURN ITEM” so that the proper credit will be applied to your account.  ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO ATT: FULFILLMENT CENTER AT 4746 E. Hwy 114, Rhome,  TX  76078.   

   If an item is sent back without prior authorization there will be a 25% restocking fee.  This fee also applies to any item returned after 30 days, and no returns will be accepted after 60 days.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

 

Damaged Merchandise

If your order was damaged in shipping, report the damage immediately to your local UPS office.  Remember to keep the original boxes and damaged merchandise for inspection to insure the claim will be honored.

 

Backorders

In the event an item is out of stock, you will be notified by phone, email, or written correspondence.  

 

Exchanges

Exchanges for like items will be made, at the discretion of management.  The customer is responsible for all Shipping costs associated with exchanges.

 

Substitutions

It is customary in the karting industry to substitute like items on orders.  In the event an item is substituted, it will be for a like item at or above the cost of the originally ordered item.  If the item being substituted is of a higher price, the difference will not be charged to the customer.  Such substitutions are at the sole discretion of the management at KAM.

 

Returned Checks

There will be a $35.00 return check fee applied to all checks returned to KAM Karting Supply by the issuer’s bank.  Returned checks will not be re-deposited. We require certified funds (money order, cashier’s check, etc.) for all returned checks in the amount of the check plus the $35.00 return check fee. 

 

Warranties and Guarantees

KAM Karting Supply products are designed specifically for racing. To be used only on designated racetracks. Under no conditions should KAM karts be operated on public highways. All KAM products and karts must be properly maintained by its operator. Operator must insure all components are adjusted and functioning correctly prior to use. KAM Karting Supply does not provide or imply any warranty on its karts, kart components, accessory products or race gear. KAM Karting Supply recommends that all kart operators develop their skills through a certified racing school and that they use repair information, caution, and safety gear when working on karts and kart components.
